Here’s my review for how I did with April goals.
1) Read through Isaiah four times. I didn’t do this. Just one and a half times. I found Isaiah to be a little difficult to read through. The idea was to get a better grip on the book, but the whole time I was reading I felt fruitless because I didn’t understand so much of what I was reading. Need to do a study
2) Read through 1 & 2 Corinthians three times. Did this!
3) Memorize 10 scriptures. Done!
4) Renew my RN license. This involves completing the required 24 CEU’s. I want to at least get started on this. Finished all my CEUs except one unit of Ohio Law!
5) Workout three times a week (this includes running and 100 sit-ups each time). I want to be able to run three miles by the end of the month. My knees have been bothering me, so I’m taking it easy on the running. I definitely did a lot more sit ups but not 100 as I had purposed.
6) Take a walk in the woods with Malachi for time of prayer, five times a week. I didn’t keep track but I’m pretty sure I hit five times.
7) Read four chapters of Church History in Plain Language. I think I accomplished this as well. I was skipping around and reread some chapters so I think I ended up doing four or more chapters.
Clean up pile of papers by the bookshelf. Not done. One not so big pile of papers and I can’t get it sorted through in a month. Bleh.
9) Pray for fear of the Lord every day. I slacked off on this and haven’t been doing it every day, but still frequently.
10) Create Menu notebook. I’m pleased with my little card box and menu base.
Overall, not terribly pleased with my progress, but there were some other things that came up in the middle of the month that required my attention and were also emotionally draining, so I’m not totally displeased.
My goals for May are as follows.
1) Read Jeremiah three times. Read Galations and Ephesians four times.
2) Memorize 10 scripture verses.
3) Complete Ohio Law CE and renew nursing license.
4) 100 sit-ups five days a week
5) Read one book off my list.
6) Contact Pregnancy Decision Health Center about volunteering.
7) Make three wool soakers for Malachi. Look into selling on Etsy.
Continue to grow recipe base. Have 30 dinner recipes that are frugal, nutritious, and that Adam enjoys.
9) Start reading about canning.
That’s it for May. I don’t want to push it this month. I want to spend a lot of time in prayer and with Malachi, and I feel like if I overdo it I will be tempted to neglect those two things that are priorities for me.

It seems to me that you did very well on your overall goals. You’re like me in one respect–I procrastinate the tasks that I really dread the most–like the paper stack; beat myself up about not getting it done; then once I make it a priority, it takes much less time to actually do it than the time I spent dreading it!
Good luck on your goals for the coming month!
